Money is the fundamental need of an economy. In a country like India, it is a fact of no doubt that the it is an immensely cash-concentrated economy. With the change in time and technology, a new term was introduced called as the Cashless Economy. Cashless economy is used to describe the situation wherein the flow of cash doesn’t exist within the economy and that all the transactions are undertaken through electronic channels. This can include cash transfer through credit and debit cards, direct debit, and electronic clearing and payment systems such as Immediate Payment Services (IMPS), National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) and Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) in India.  Then, we come across the question, why is cashless economy necessary? What changes does it bring about? Let's have a look -  When it comes to cash, an obvious fact is the significant amount of time and money is needed to print the currency. According to some reports, RBI has spent Rs.32.1 bill...

R apid developments in the technology has made human civilization easier in the 21st century. IT has changed every aspect of our lives from the way we live to the way we work. Within a blink of our eyes the important documents can be exchanged which was much more difficult in the earlier days. We no longer have to stand in long queues to book a ticket. The latest Industry Revolution 4.0 has been focusing more on extensive use of technology. The world has come very closer. You don't have to travel abroad or to any other locations for the meetings. My room, my truest companion❤

Image
Just when I looked around today noon, sitting on my bean bag, watching some random Netflix series, it put me in deep thoughts about how these four walls, have known all my story till date❤ Here's something for my forever companion, my room - My room has seen me dance to my favorite song. My room has heard me sing out loud in joy. My room has seen me smile, my widest smile. My room has seen the excitement on my face when I imagined my weirdest dream come true. My room has seen me celebrate my biggest wins. My room has seen me walk inside, with great disappointments. My room has seen me cry behind the closed doors for hours together. My room has seen me fall asleep thinking about the should haves and would haves. My room has seen me talking to myself, about all my insecurities, my goals, my wishes. My room has seen me wake up with a new spirit. My room has seen me fight for everything that I possess in life today. My room has helped me heal. My room keeps my secrets...

Angrezi Medium❤

Image
I don't know if this is the right day to write about this, but i truly would like to share a piece of my thought after watching "Angrezi Medium" Just today morning I got a notification saying that Irrfan Khan is no more. I couldn't stop myself from watching his last movie, "Angrezi Medium" I although had decided to watch it back then when it came on hotstar, but as usual, i procrastinated. Today when I watched it, it urged me to say this out loud- In this era when all of us in our 20s are running behind our dreams, we often tend to forget about the sacrifices our parents have made for us. Being a parent is a very tough job and we being kids never understand this. The movie portrays the love of a father for his daughter and the amount of hurdles he comes across while fulfilling her so called "sapno ko duniya". I wouldn't post the entire story here, because I want each one of you to take out some time from your schedule and watch that master...

An Open Letter to M S Dhoni!

Dearest Mahi, Since almost a decade, you’ve been my reason to watch cricket with all my heart in it. I started loving this game because of you. It hurts to see some shitty people criticize you for every wrong thing that happens with Indian Cricket Team. But, not to forget, you’ve a mighty FANDOM that supports you everywhere you go, irrespective of states during IPL or countries during international games. There have been only a few players who have been blessed with such a huge family to stand by them. You are the best, Mahi. There was never a cricketer like you and there will never be a cricketer like you. You’ve been one of the best batsmen, wicket-keeper and the captain, World Cricket has ever witnessed. It reminded me of the day when my heart broke out realizing that we would no more see you at the toss flipping the coin or at the post-match presentations talking about how well the boys did and what areas we need to improve. We still miss you as a captain Mahi, b...

DECIDE.COMMIT. SUCCEED.

“Priya will be here in some time. She has prepared all the delicacies herself. I’m sure you are going to love them. My daughter is very good at cooking, she perfectly knows how to handle household chores,” my mother kept chanting praises about me. “Priya, come here my princess. Rahul’s parents are waiting,” my mother called out for me, from the drawing room. I stood in the window of my room, thinking about all my future endeavors’. I wanted to study more, get a degree and be on my own. I wished that the whole world comes to cease, except me and I could escape somewhere, away from this chaos. Yes, I had turned 21 the previous month and according to my parents and the society, it was an ideal age to get married. But, does this really exists? An ideal age to get married? I have seen a lot many people going through this drama, a few survived and the others gave up, living a meaningless routine life. All I see in common is that no-one was satisfied. I am not against the co...

Imperfections ❤

Tired of all the chaos and drama, she sat silently with her messed up hair, into her favourite swing with a cup of coffee. The cool breeze, chirping of the innocent birds and watching the beautiful sunset made her forget everything. She started thinking of him, her prince, whom she imagined would come on a white horse, to take her away from all the ruthlessness, all the drama. Suddenly, the door bell rang. There was this tall, smart, handsome guy, with a bunch of red roses, wrapped in a way exactly she liked. With a wide smile on his face, he asked, "May I come in, Miss. Beautiful?" She became dumb for a moment. This was just as she had dreamt, a perfect guy, with the perfect bunch of red roses. The essence of him being around made her heart beat faster. She welcomed him with a uncomfortable gesture because she had no idea of what was happening. He gave her the bunch of roses, along with her favourite favourite chocolate. It brought a wide smile on her face. It was afte...
